One of my ridiculous cousins has contracted this Virus that people seem to be so wary of these days. The insolent child, we always suspected he was the result of an affair with some dirty Muggle.

Mother and I have just returned from our holiday in France. Needless to say it was exquisite, as always, and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. There's nothing quite like a European summer. Having so much time (and many rooms) to myself was something that I always missed while in those dreadful school dormitories.
Now that we're back in the Somerset home, Father's just about blowing his top at the idea of Mother and I having contracted that ridiculous virus that everyone is going on about. Disregarding the fact that it is not particular about the blood purity of those that it infects, I would recommend that any blood traitors be wary. Call it a hunch, but those who embarrassed themselves will get their just desserts.
As far as Hogwarts is concerned, I don't plan on returning. I think I can be of better use elsewhere.
